Breakfast Semolina Porridge

Smooth, creamy, delicious, and healthy with the touch of cinnamon and honey. This will certainly warm you up on chilly mornings. Quick and easy prep and deliciously creamy results. It’s so easy to make and is ready in about 15 minutes!

  • 1/2 Cup Semolina
  • 2.5 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Honey or any other sweetener to taste
  • 2 Tsp Butter


  • Bring water to a boil in a saucepan, add the Milk and the cinnamon stick and stir in the semolina.
  • Simmer gently and stir frequently to prevent the porridge from developing lumps. until the semolina becomes tender with a porridge consistency.
  • Add the butter, and continue to simmer until the porridge reaches your desired consistency.
  • Serve and top with some fruits then drizzle some honey over it or simply add any other sweetener of your choice.
