Banana Oatmeal Waffle

The aroma of these Banana Oatmeal waffle is irresistible. This is another quick hearty breakfast or brunch idea that can be quickly put together. Nice and soft on the inside, it's hearty and it has a very good flavor. They are so easy to make but they are delightful in their simplicity.

Ingredients

  • cups oatmeal
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla extract
  • 4 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your waffle griddle then add all the ingredients inside the blender.
  • Blend all the ingredients until smooth and pour the batter inside a bowl.
  • Brush the preheated waffle griddle with some oil or simply spray with a non-stick cooking spray
  • Pour the batter onto the hot waffle iron and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Notes:
If you want to make these waffles diary free, you can use soy milk, almond milk, or coconut milk. Use the same measure and cook the same way.
Using very ripe bananas is the key to giving these waffles an abundant flavor.
