No-knead pizza dough Recipe

A delicious and easy no-knead pizza dough ready in 20 minutes; no knead, no rise, no baking. All the magic happens on the stovetop, and it yields a lovely soft and chewy crust.

  • 6 ounces tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • salt and black pepper to taste


  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup water


  • Mozzarella cheese
  • pepperoni
  • olives
  • green bell peppers
  • or use toppings of your choice


  • In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste. Set aside.
  • In a non-stick pan, add the warm water and yeast and mix well. Add the flour, sugar, salt, and olive oil. Mix well until a shaggy dough is formed. Don’t be tempted to add more flour.
  • Spread the dough inside the pan to create a smooth surface. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then spread cheese and top with your favorite toppings.
  • Cover the pan and place the dough on medium heat. Leave to cook for 10 to 15 minutes or till a golden crust is formed and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Leave to cool for a few minutes before serving.



  • This pizza dough works well for thin crust.
  • Feel free to use the store-bought pizza sauce if you don’t feel like making your own from scratch.
  • Customize it by using your choice of cheese and toppings
