Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or to taste

Instructions

  • Peel the bananas and slice into a 1-inch circle.
  • Spread the sliced bananas on a wide plate and freeze.
  • Place all the ingredients - bananas, milk, yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes in a blender and blend until smooth—about 30 seconds.
