Air fryer chicken breast

Air fryer chicken breast is one of the easiest ways to cook a succulent, tasty meal that your family will enjoy, and it’s easy to make.


  • 1-1/2 pound chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat air fryer to 380F
  • Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel
  • In a medium bowl, add all the oil, chili flakes, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
  • Rub all the seasoning all over the chicken
  • Place the chicken breast into the air fryer basket without overlapping and cook for 10 minutes. Then flip to the other side and cook for another 5 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the juices run clear.


Be sure to place the chicken breast in a single layer on the bottom of the basket to make it easier for the air to circulate around it.
If the chicken is frozen, be sure to thaw it before cooking it.
