Easy Vanilla Buttercream Frosting – This is a staple for most Cupcakes. It is light, creamy and fluffy. This is my to go frosting each time I make a Cupcake because it comes together so easily. I used frosting for my easy vanilla cupcake recipe on my birthday last week and everyone enjoyed it. It is one the easiest frosting you can ever make.

Ingredients
2TbspMilk
1TspVanilla
2/3cupSugarIcing Sugar( or Confectioners )
1/2cup Butter unsalted, at room temperature
Food coloringsoptional
Instructions
Whip the butter until it becomes light (About a minute)
Add the Vanilla extract and whip
Gradually begin to introduce the sugar a little at a time while creaming on a low speed until the frosting becomes light and fluffy – about 2 t0 3 minutes.
Add your choice of food coloring if you choose to.

If the frosting is too thick feel free to add some Milk and if it appears too light, feel free to add some icing sugar.Once you frost the cake, be sure to keep it covered, otherwise, the frosting will become hard and crusty.
