Good, hearty Banana oatmeal Pancake. They are incredibly tender, moist, with a lot of flavors and great texture. A healthy and terrific tasting way to start the day!
In a blender, combine the oats, baking powder, salt, banana, Eggs, Egg white, Vanilla, maple syrup, and milk. Blend until smooth.
Pour the batter inside a bowl and set aside.
Heat skillet over medium and lightly brush the coconut oil on the skillet.
Scoop the batter onto the skillet using approximately ¼ cupful for each pancake and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes or until the batter starts to form bubbles on the surface.
Flip the pancake to the other side and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes.
