Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup of non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk dairy or nondairy

Optional:

  • ½ cup of ice if using fresh blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon of honey or add to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • fresh blueberries and mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Place the blueberries, banana, yogurt, milk, vanilla, and honey (if desired for extra sweetness).
  • Blend these ingredients together until smooth. This should take approximately 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.
  • Pour your smoothie into two glasses.
