  • 1 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce adjust to taste
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Start by placing the room-temperature unsalted butter into a medium bowl.
  • Add cajun seasoning, fresh lemon juice, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, smoked paprika, and a pinch of salt to the bowl.
  • Use an electric mixer or a fork to whip all the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth and fully combined.
  • Stir in the freshly chopped parsley.
  • Taste, and if necessary, adjust the seasoning to suit your preference.
