1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonthyme

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the cauliflower steaks onto the lined baking sheet. You should get 3–4 steaks from one head
In a small mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Whisk until well combined.
Brush the seasoning mixture generously on both sides of each cauliflower steak.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, brush both sides again with the remaining seasoning mixture, and gently flip each steak.
Bake for another 15 minutes, until golden and tender.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle with red pepper flakes (if using), and serve immediately while hot.
Notes
Slice the cauliflower evenly into thick slabs so that they cook evenly.
Brush the cauliflower with oil to help it cook evenly and become tender.
Once the steaks are tender and lightly browned, remove them because overcooking can make them mushy and lose their flavor.
Allow the roasted cauliflower to rest briefly before serving to retain moisture and flavor.
