Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream or greek yogurt 
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro chopped [optional]
  • ½–1 teaspoon sriracha hot sauce or add to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground chipotle chili powder or 1 teaspoon of your favorite hot sauce

Instructions

  • Whisk all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl until smooth.
  • Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least one hour - the longer, the better.
  • Serve chilled over fish tacos, taco salads, or rice bowls.
