1½lblarge shrimppeeled and deveined
4clovesgarlicminced
¼cupolive oil
¼cup lemon juicefreshly squeezed

Instructions
If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley, smoked paprika, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.
