Ingredients

  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper or add to taste
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl – honey, mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and hot sauce. Whisk until it is smooth and consistent.
  • Step 2: Use as you desire. You can also cover the mixture and refrigerate it overnight.

Notes

  • This honey mustard sauce can last up to 6 days in the fridge. I love to store it in a sealed jar or container. It doesn’t even stay long in my fridge because I use it for everything. It is too delicious for us to resist.
  • If you store it, ensure that you stir before using it because the ingredients might have separated. Just whisk it and enjoy.
  • Since it doesn’t last for long in the fridge, I recommend you make it in sizeable portions that you can use at once. It is easy to make, so you can always whisk another one together.
  • Taste tests the sauce to know if you can add more honey or mustard.
