How To Boil Broccoli
Broccoli is one of our favorite vegetables, mostly because of its nutrients and the ease of preparation. Broccoli takes well to all sorts of cooking, microwaving, grilling, roasting, steaming, and of course, boiling.

1 head broccoli Pepper Salt to taste 1 tablespoon Water
Cut the broccoli head into florets
Wash the broccoli in cold water and drain.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the broccoli florets, season with salt, and boil for 85 seconds
Drain into a colander and transfer to a plate.
Season with black pepper and dress with melted butter(optional).
