How to Cook Cauliflower In The Air Fryer

Air Fryer Cauliflower is a sure healthy and delicious way to enjoy cauliflower. It is very easy to prepare and quick to make as well.

Ingredients

  • 1 small head cauliflower cleaned and cut into bite-size florets (about 4 cups)
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  • Place the cauliflower in a large mixing bowl.
  • Place the cauliflower florets in a medium bowl. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to taste. Toss to coat.
  • Place the cauliflower in the basket of the air fryer in a single layer (you may need to work in batches) and air fry at 390 degrees F for 10 to 5 minutes, tossing every five minutes until the cauliflower is brown and crispy.
  • Enjoy hot.

  • Make sure to use a light coating while seasoning your air fryer cauliflower 
  • Air fryer your cauliflower at 390 degrees F
  • It is important to serve the air fryer cauliflower immediately so that you can enjoy the delicious crispness
  • Do not allow the cauliflower florets to stick together in the air fryer basket. Shake the basket intermittently to make sure they don't stick together.
