Sorrel drink
This is not your average sorrel drink. I have modified this recipe to make it a bit more festive by adding sparkling water instead of plain water which gives this sorrel juice a little more kick and makes it more exotic.

1 cup Sorrel Sorrell leaves 2 Cups Water 3 Cups Sparkling Water 1 Cup Pineapple Juice ½ Sugar Stevia, Honey etc. 1 Teaspoon Mustard Seed 1 Teaspoon Allspice 1 Teaspoon whole Cloves 1 Tablespoon Ginger Root Grated
Rinse the Sorrel leaves with cool Tap Water
Combine the Water, Sorrel leaves, Mustard seeds, allspice, cloves, and Ginger and let it come to a boil
Take it off the heat and allow it to steep for about 30 minutes. Strain the Juice and discard the pulp.
