Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango Frozen Chunks
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks Fresh
  • 1 banana peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, for added sweetness

Instructions

  • Place the diced mango, pineapple chunks, sliced banana, vanilla Greek yogurt, ice, orange juice, and coconut milk in a blender. If using canned pineapple, drain the juice and use the chunks.
  • Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. If needed, add more orange juice or coconut milk to achieve desired consistency. If you want a colder smoothie, you can add a handful of ice cubes as well.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses, and garnish with your choice of toppings, such as toasted coconut flakes, chia seeds, or fresh mint leaves.
