Ingredients

  • 1 medium sweet watermelon
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice optional

Instructions

  • Cut the watermelon in half and peel off the rind. Then cut into big chunks.
  • Put the watermelon chunks inside the blender and blend until becomes totally pulverized about 1 minute.
  • If you want it pulpy, you can serve immediately. If otherwise, place a strainer over a bowl and pour the juice through the strainer.
  • Variations – blend about half of an inch of ginger with watermelon, stir in the juice of one lemon or squeeze some mint leaves to release the oils, throw it inside the juice, and mix.
  • Pour inside a glass with ice and enjoy.
