Easy Creamy Turkey Salad Sandwich
This Turkey salad sandwich is an excellent recipe with a well-blended flavor. It features well-cooked turkey meat lightly bound with mayonnaise and mustard dressing and freshened up with sweet pickles and celery.

2 cups turkey diced 1 celery large stalk diced; Approx ½ Cup 2 stalks of green onions 0.5 cup Pickles or diced green apples 4 - 6 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon yellow mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar 1 teaspoon sugar 6 slices bread 6 to 8 Slices 1 tablespoon fresh parsley minced black pepper optional
Salad : Combine the turkey, celery, green onion, and sweet pickles in a large bowl. Set aside.
Dressing : Add the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, and sugar to a separate bowl. Stir together until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix thoroughly. Add black pepper if needed.
Leave in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight so that the turkey can have enough time to absorb all the flavor of the dressing.
Divide the turkey salad between the bread slices and top with the second piece of bread. (Toast your bread if desired).
