Adjust the oven rack to the middle position, then preheat the oven to high broil (Around 500F).
Prepare a baking dish that is big enough to fit the salmon in a single layer (like a 9x13 inch dish) by lining it with either parchment paper or aluminum foil.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, add the oil and butter. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant. Then, stir in the minced ginger, paprika, onion powder, soy sauce, lemon juice, sriracha, honey, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook the sauce until it's heated through, stirring occasionally for about 1-2 minutes.
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish. Then, pour the glaze over the salmon.
Leave to marinade for about 30 minutes if you have the time. After 30 minutes, coat the fish again with the glaze and place them in the preheated oven.
Broil for 10 to 12 minutes or until they can be easily flaked with a fork and the internal temperature reaches 135-140 degrees Fahrenheit (57-60 degrees Celsius).
Serve with rice, cauliflower rice, and veggies of choice. pan-roasted vegetable of your choice and a fluffy side of cauliflower rice.
