  • Tablespoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoon thyme
  • ½ tablespoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ tablespoon ground allspice
  • 1 Tablespoon smoked paprika
  • ½ Tablespoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon bouillon powder
  • 2 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt Start with 1 tsp. Add more if needed.

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container and use as desired.

Notes

I used bouillon powder for this spice mix and it makes a great difference in the final result. I will advise you to use it as well. However, if you don't want it you can skip it. In that case, you might need to add a tiny more salt than the recommended salt quantity to boost the flavor of the spice.
