Hello! I am American and I married a wonderful Nigerian man. So far we have one little girl. I just wanted to say I love your site and am so grateful for it. I wanted to learn Nigerian meals so my husband could have a taste of home and my daughter could experience it while we try to exposure her to Nigerian culture. Nigerian food was very foreign to me. Other sites have recipes that were hard to follow, but yours are great and easy to understand. We eat your recipes a few times a week!

Hi Lola, I have made the sausage bread and all my children love it. I just want to know whether we can keep the dough overnight then the next morning only roll it with the sausage. And same with the no knead bread. Can we keep the dough overnight. Please advise. Thanks. Christine

Glad you enjoyed the recipe. The sausage bread dough can be left in the fridge overnight but be sure to let it come to room temperature before working on it. I have not tried it with the no-knead bread but I guess it should work.

As a single about to settle down, I wanna give my future wife & children a treat even though I practically cooked delicacies most women find amazing, I don't know how to handle anything pastry and continental. I hope I can find help here. I couldn't pay for a private lesson back then but I really need this now especially my lady isn't a kitchen type but I love her and I know with time she will adjust.
