Hi Dear Lola your gluten free rice bread is so good. I didn't made very deep. But. Voiced in 2inch deep dish. In 35min , spongy ,little brown on top . I am thankful to you for such simple and tastey receipe .

Hi Lola, My name is Kathy and I am interested in making the rice bread you have developed. My question is about the psyllium husk. What is it and do I need to add it or will the bread not turn out without it? Thank you.

You will need to add the psyllium husk because it serves as a binder, it makes all the ingredients in the recipe stick together well. Without it, the ingredients may fall apart or result in a loose or crumbly texture.
