- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Pinch red pepper flakes
- ½ tablespoon thyme
- ½ to ¾ teaspoon each salt and pepper or add to taste
- 1 lb. Beef sirloin steak fat trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces.
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 cloves garlic minced fresh chopped parsley

- In a large bowl, combine one tablespoon of olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, thyme, salt, and pepper. Add the steak and toss to coat. Leave to marinade for at least an hour or leave overnight.
