I will be showing you how to make a classic hamburger and of course with my freshly Ground beef. I have been making these hamburgers for some time now, actually, I’ve been making them full time since I started grinding my own Beef myself, and what do I have to say about it? It’s always being a good experience for myself and my family. I also use this Ground beef for my Nigerian Ata dindin and meatballs, Jollof spaghetti, Pizza and Ground beef sauce
Hamburgers should be served on Buns immediately with Tomatoes, Onions, Lettuce, salad dressing and Ketchup or any other favorite condiment of your choice.
Notes:
Feel free to grill your Buns if you choose to. I did not grill mine in this recipe because the Buns I used was really fresh.
I like my Hamburgers formed into thick patties but feel free to shape yours to your desired thickness.
Though I cooked my hamburger using an indoor Grill, feel free to use an outdoor grill or a pan on your stove top.
Try not to prick the Hamburger with a fork or press hard on it while cooking it or else it will lose its juice and come out dry
